Komodo National Park
The remote yet fascinating Komodo Archipelago lies east of Bali between the islands of Sumbawa and Flores, and is home to the prehistoric ‘Komodo Dragon’. This reptile has managed to survive for thousands of years, and is found nowhere else in the world. But it is beneath the dragon’s lair, in the underwater world, that draws diving enthusiasts from all corners of the earth. We offer several itineraries departing from Bali, Flores and even Maumere. You can choose to mostly stay in the Komodo National Park or take this opportunity to explore lands and waters beyond the Park.
Alor
Alor is renowned for its spectacular coral reefs with great diversity. East from the archipelago lies the Banda Sea arc, known as the Southeast Moluccas, are not a single compact region, but rather a 1,000 km long chain of islands and atolls, stretching from Timor to West Papua on the island of New Guinea. Remote, undeveloped and far from the beaten paths, each of these islands has its own charm: some are shaped and dominated by remnants of their incredible history, some are lush wild tropical nature havens, while others are impressive volcanoes or hubs for huge colonies of sea birds.
Wakatobi
Wakatobi archipelago lies to the southest of Sulawesi. Flat islands, palm tress and white beaches make the surface a paradise on earth. During his many travels, he dived hundreds of beautiful places, yet it is a small Indonesian Archipelago named Wakatobi that he refers to as the “underwater nirvana”. Tropical, remote and colourful, Wakatobi makes for the perfect diving destination. During our cruise, we also sail to the majestic Komba volcano in Alor Archipelago, giving you the chance to discover not one but two remote places of Indonesia. Discover the detailed itinerary below.
