You will be greeted by Chef Made Runatha, he will lead you to his organic garden located behind the restaurant and explain about Permaculture farming to grow food ingredients for the restaurant supplies. Then heading to the cooking station where you learn how to make Jamu (Traditional Herbal Drinks). Jamu drinks are made with traditional techniques by smashing the ingredients and pestle-pummeling, with the recipes passed down generation upon generation. Generally, Jamu ingredients are roots and spices like turmeric, ginger, or tamarind that you can easily find in the traditional market.
Then Cheff Made will teach you how to make vegan dishes from the starter, main, and dessert. Start with easy steps like slicing, chopping technics. Then he will lead you to the next step mixing ingredients to make delicious healthy dishes. The three hours process will make you hungry and ready to enjoy lunch from your cooking.
