Day 01: Balinese Permaculture Lecture - By Made Chakra
I Made Chakra was born in 1973 to a rice farming family near Ubud, Bali. Coincidentally, this was the same year the so called “Green Revolution” introduced chemical farming to Bali.
Day 02: Visit Balinese Astrology
Meet with “The Balian” Or Shaman or Astrology or you may call Fortune Teller which is famous spiritual practice in Bali. Balinese will go to visit The Balian if they are stricken misfortunes illness, failure in marriage, career, business of many other aspect in life.
Day 03: Rice-field Walk With Balinese Brahman Family and Home Hosted Lunch at Dewa's House
Mr. Ida Bagus Ketut Dharma who is not only an artist full of Taksu but also a Hindu Priest, Dharma is especially well respected in his village of Keliki, since he dedicates his life to preserve Balinese culture and the Keliki style that he teaches to the children in the community.
Day 04: Vegan Cooking Class at Moksa Ubud
ou will be greeted by Chef Made Runatha, he will lead you to his organic garden located behind the restaurant and explain about Permaculture farming to grow food ingredients for the restaurant supplies.
Day 05: Royal Balinese Dinner with Kecak Dance Performance at The Chedi Club Ubud
The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah is proud to host a dance troupe of boys and men from the local community who perform the Kecak dance. Enjoy a spectacular performance of dance to the chanting of anywhere between fifty and seventy men chant the “cak-cak” sounding all different rhythm and tones as a background music to the Ramayana dance.
